Initial Chiropractic Consultation and Treatment Visit (New or Returning Patients after a year)

This visit is only for New Patients or Returning Patients who have not been treated for the past 2 years or longer. The initial chiropractic visit includes: Consultation, Examination, Assessment, Diagnosis and Treatment, Home Exercises, and Stretches. At Burrard Chiropractic and Orthotics we can bill directly to all, if not, most extended healthcare benefits. The visit charge is based on treatment, not by time.

Follow-Up Chiropractic Visit

This visit is a follow-up after the initial chiropractic visit has been completed. It is for patients whom have been through the initial visit and treatment. At the follow-up visit, we continue with the chiropractic treatment plan which we have found to be the best treatment plan for the patient and his or her condition or injury at the initial visit. It includes: Assessment, Soft Tissue Therapy, Spinal Manipulative Therapy or Adjustment, and Stretches. The visit charge is by treatment, not by time.

Foot Orthotics

Custom Foot Orthotics

Custom Foot Orthotics includes: Consultation and examination, visual inspection, static and dynamic gait scan and analysis, Paris plaster casting-molding or 3-D laser imaging scan casting, custom foot orthotics, fitting and dispensing, and a follow up visit.

Our office will provide you with all the necessary supporting documents which you need to submit to your extended benefit / insurance provider. In some cases, you may need to get a referral from a Medical Doctor which needs to be submitted to your extended benefits.
